BCIAS Return Policy


1. Return Window

BCIAS allows customers to request a product return within [7–14 calendar days] after receiving their order.


A return request will be accepted only if:

  • The item is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival.
  • The item has not been used, washed, or altered, and remains in its original packaging with all tags and labels attached. 


After the [7–14 day] period has passed, BCIAS reserves the right to decline any return request.

🕓 Example: If the product was received on November 1st, the customer can request a return until November 14th.


2. Return Costs

Return shipping costs are covered by:

  • BCIAS, if the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective, or damaged product).
  • The customer, if the return is due to personal reasons (wrong size).

Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where BCIAS is at fault.


For exchanges, any additional shipping charges for the replacement item will be communicated before shipping.


3. Return Process

  • Submit a return request via email: bcias.web@gmail.com .
  • Include proof of purchase and clear photos of the product condition.
  • BCIAS will review the request within 2–14 business days.
  • If approved, customers will receive shipping instructions to return the item.
  • Replacement products will be processed within 5–7 business days after the returned item is received and verified.


4. Additional Notes


Sale, clearance, or custom-made items are not eligible for return.


BCIAS reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet the conditions listed above.
